It’s going to be a quick post today, seeing as how the San Diego Padres haven’t played in a couple of days and are getting ready right now to play two games in a row.

Instead of the normal diving into stats and trying to find something useful, I thought I would share with you my own internal struggles around baseball doubleheaders.

Are they good? Are they bad? Everyone seems to have an opinion, and I have two. Or three. And they contradict each other almost completely. Let’s dive into it.
